In terms of her moving position, make all the layers 'outlined' in the layer options (the eye, the lock and the square icons. Click the square icon, it is the outline view). Then see where the underlying white rectangle stage is located under the drawings. Align the drawings to the stage.
Hey Nick, I like the character design! I also like the colour combination of light colour, and it's a cool pose, also I know what you mean with Flash exporting, it's very annoying, I still haven't worked it out properly for images and I'd suggest perhaps try a PNG sometimes also, however I have no idea what I'm going on about so just follow Frank for export settings, I like this stance and the only critique I'd have would be that it may be too complicated for animation, however it looks fairly simple it may just have a lot of layers, and I would suggest that you create each piece as a seperate symbol(Name them different to team), and also on seperate layers, I like the work! :)
